1. Does it work with the iPhone 2G, 3G, 3GS, or 4?

Yes! This software unlock works with the latest iPhones including iPhone 2G, iPhone 3G, and the latest iPhone 3GS!  Coming soon, iPhones can be unlocked with iOS 4 (firmware 4.0).  Also both Windows and Mac computers are supported.  Check our unlock status page for the firmwares that can currently be unlocked

2. Are any free applications or games included?

Yes! You will have access to two new applications (Cydia & Icy) that will allow you to download hundreds of more applications, wallpapers, and games (in addition to the thousands of applications already available with the AppStore).

3. How do I tell what bootloader  or iPhone I have?

Visit our download page for details on how to determine your firmware and bootloader.

4. Will all the same features still work after I unlock my phone?

Yes! Except for Visual Voice mail (which is an exclusive AT&T feature), all features currently available on locked phones are available on unlocked phones

5. Can 8, 16, & 32 GB iPhones be unlocked?

Yes, the latest 8, 16, & 32 GB iPhones are also supported.

6. Is it resistant to updates?

While we have taken all possible measures to ensure that the phone will remain unlocked, we can only guarantee the current released versions of updates (up to and including 3.1.2). With any of these versions, even if the phone is fully restored, the phone will remain unlocked.

7. Will it work on my network?

If your network supports a standard GSM sim, it will work.
(iPhones will not work on CDMA carriers such as Sprint or Verizon since they are not GSM networks)

8. Is it easy to install?

Unlike other methods currently available, our software is by far the simplest and quickest to install and set up.

9. What is the process the end user will go through?

1) Restoring iPhone to firmware 3.1.2
2) Running the unlocking program
3) Inserting your own sim card

12. When will my order be processed?

Once your place your order, your order will be automatically processed and you will receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes. You can begin unlocking your iPhone once you receive this email.
